I aim to post personalised item 7-10 days after payment, this can sometimes be quicker. If you need something sooner please email/message me before ordering.
All items are sent 1st class signed for:
£2.75 for small orders
£4.75 for larger items/orders
Refunds
All personalised orders will be made as your order details and are exempt from refunds.
Crafty Mummy can not be held responsible if any item is given to a child under the age of 3 due to small parts.
Please supervise young children.
