I aim to send personalised items out in 10-14 days after payment, sometimes quicker.

If you need something quicker than the stated timeframe please send me a message/email first.

Crafty Mummy can not be held responsible if any item is given to any child under the age of 3 due to small parts.

Please supervise young children.

All payments must be made via the website.

All personalised orders will not be refunded unless faulty.
